Adv. Yogesh H. Pandey has successfully completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Law in the year 2020
from the prestigious Thakur Ramnarayan College of Law (Group of Thakur Educational Trust).
Having enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in the year 2020, Adv. Yogesh H.
Pandey has successfully appeared and argued on behalf of his clients before various Courts of
Law including Bombay High Court, RERA Tribunal, Small Causes Court, Family Court, Debt Recovery
Tribunal and Co-Operative Court.
The onset of Adv. Yogesh Pandey's journey in the field of law began from gaining inspiration
from his father Mr. Harishchandra A. Pandey who is the pioneer of New Link Road Residents Forum-
an environmental group consisting of like-minded, citizens having profound love for the nature;
who with tremendous courage, dedication and faith have on various occasions intervened through
legal battles to protect and preserve the environment. The remarkable journey of fighting for
justice and achieving favorable outcomes of successfully protecting the environment through
legal intervention mechanism is what ignited Adv. Yogesh H. Pandey to pursue the legal
profession.
Inspired by the words of Shri. Fali Sam Nariman- “Lord Atkin once said that an impartial
administration of the law is like oxygen in the air; people know and care little about it till
it is withdrawn”; Adv. Yogesh H. Pandey has embarked a journey in upholding the highest morality
of the courts of law coupled with relentless perseverance and efforts in the quest for justice
and equity for the masses.
